Last year, more than 400 animal lovers came out to support the Cascades Humane Society. This year, we hope you will join us and consider bringing your own Pack (team).

Paws in the Park is a great way to experience the beautiful walking path through Cascades Park. Grab your dog and join us, or you can walk without a pet. Bring the whole family - the walking path is perfect for strollers and wagons.

Registration for walk begins at 9 am
Dog show registration from 9 am until 11am
Dog walk begins at 10:30 am
Dog show judging begins at 11 am
Activities run throughout the morning
Event closes at 1 pm
$30 until to June 5 (limited shirts available)

Jaxon Kennel Club Dog Shows
- 1.3 mile walk through Cascades Falls Park
- Jaxon Kennel Club AKC "B" Match and Puppy Match ($8 fee) and Mixed Breed Match ($5 fee). All proceeds benefit CHS.
- UKC Terrier Racing
- Dog Trianing Advice and Demos
- Kid's Crafts and Face Painting
- Peanut's Kissing Booth
- Fire Truck, Fire Pup and Ambulance
- Pet related vendors booths
- Coffee and Food vendors
- Much, much more!
This year, as part of Paws in the Park, CHS is partnering with the Jaxon Kennel Club to offer a dog show for dogs of all types. The three types of matches include:

- An AKC "B" Match for dogs age 6 months and up ($8 entry fee)
- An AKC Puppy Match age 2 to 6 months ($8 entry fee)
- A Mixed Breed Match for dogs of all types ($5 entry fee) with categories including:
- Most spots
- Ugliest dog
- Best costume
- Biggest dog
- Smallest dog
- Longest ears
When you participate you are raising funds for Cascades Humane Society. Proceeds go to help save the lives of more than 900 each year. Each animal that enters our doors receives care (including medical care, feeding, grooming, training and other care) that averages $850. What can you do to provide care for one animal?
